Our delivery time for the production of the dog bed or sofa is typically between 3 to 5 business days for our artisan to complete the crafting process. Once the item is ready for shipment, we utilize UPS Express Courier service for delivery, which typically takes 5 business days. Upon creation of the shipment, an email containing the tracking number will be automatically sent to track the delivery progress. In addition to our standard delivery time, please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors such as destination location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect courier services. Damage
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery, and report any damage to the company within 24 hours of receipt. Customer bears full responsibility for any damage not reported within this 24-hour period. Ante-Prima Srl is not liable for any damage or defects resulting from improper handling of the product or damage caused by pets.
Returns policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees, including any applicable customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
